Responsibilities:

  • All logistics management for all sessions
  • Mailers and reminders for events
  • Attending the Sessions
  • Meeting planning, scheduling and coordination
  • Recording and circulating minutes of meeting
  • Ensuring meetings happen as per agenda
  • Giving concept clarity and ensuring implementation at client end
  • Continuously communicating with clients and engaging them
  • Responsible for online platform for client engagement
  • Managing all financial and event records of the client
  • Doing any primary or second research as and when necessary
  • Making relevant power point presentations
  • Writing any relevant articles as and when necessary

Qualification Required:

Preferably MBA (HR) with a customer facing back ground

Work Experience:

1 to 2 years

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in English – written as well as verbal (Marathi speaking - additional advantage)
  • Proficient in making Power Point Presentations, handling XLS
  • Only Female with willingness to travel within and should have own mode of transport

Remuneration:

Rs. 2 Lakhs to Rs. 3 Lakhs

  • Create a powerful sales pitch, have a sales funnel and close sales calls.
  • Being accountable for sales targets of TGOB
